All our apartments are situated in the first row to the lake, Just a stone's throw from the beach. You only have to stroll across the lush green lawn to have a swim, play with the children in the water and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake Lugano.


We have made an effort to create cozyness ("hygge" as we say in Danish) in all apartments, to you a comfortable holiday. We have central heating and you can stay the year around, the kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook with the wonderful local ingredients while you enjoy a glass of wine. Btw, the nearest airports are Malpensa and Bergamo.

When you make your reservation, you'll receive a confirmation on email.
Here You'll have our bank account for paying deposit
and 8 weeks before arrival the rest of the rent.

Rental conditions






THIS IS NOT INCLUDED



This is to be paid by arrival:

  • Mandatory cleaning at departure (€70-95) depending on size of the apartment)
  • Bathtowels and linen (€10 per person)
  • Tourist tax (€1,50 per adult per day)
  • Damage deposit (€200) or Damage waiver (€25)

Bring your own:

  • Beach towels
  • Kitchen cloths
  • Condiments, salt, pepper etc. (For hygiene reasons you'll have to provide or bring you own condiments)

  • Access to Laundry
  • Weekly cleaning and linen service are available against charge​
  • Cot (till 2 years old) €20 per stay
  • High-chair (till 2 years old) €15 per stay


PAYMENT

Upon reservation, a deposit of 1/3 of the rental amount is paid.

Remaining rent is payable 8 weeks before your stay.


Confirmation and account no. will be sent as soon as possible after your reservation.


Deposit (however deducted € 100 in administration costs) is refundable if your stay is canceled no later than 8 weeks before.

If canceled later than this, the entire rental amount will be lost.


If you leave the apartment before the end of the rental period, or do not use the apartment from the beginning, You are not entitled to a refund.
